Julie Yenichek’s superpower is turning purpose into performance to create ripple effects of powerful, positive change.

She designs bold ideas, experiential programs, and community-impact strategies that guide companies and nonprofits in their effort to leave an indelible mark on the communities they serve.

A purpose-driven communications and corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategist, entrepreneur, and consultant, Julie is known for creating big-idea programs that move people – and organizations – into action. She builds brands and mobilizes communities at the intersection of business and purpose, translating mission into measurable, meaningful impact.

With more than 25 years of experience leading public relations, corporate communications, marketing, and community impact for Fortune 100 companies, agencies and nonprofits, Julie helps organizations show up when it matters most. Her work spans national campaigns, large-scale experiential activations, transformational community investment strategies, and creative story-driven initiatives that generate visibility, engagement, and sustained impact.

She brings a rare blend of storytelling, strategy, and operational excellence – turning ambitious ideas into unforgettable brand experiences that create ripple effects far beyond the moment.

Today, Julie advises corporations, nonprofits, and small businesses on how to build programs that create momentum: From big-idea campaigns and experiential activations to foundation strategy, communications architecture, and community investment frameworks. She brings equal parts heart and discipline: A storyteller’s creativity, an operator’s precision, and a strategist’s ability to align purpose with performance.

And she believes passionately in one simple truth: When purpose is activated with strategy and heart, it creates ripple effects that last.
